G’day Everyone,
Well we have just arrived home from Tamworth where Ashley started recording on his third album with Lindsay Butler at LBS
Studios. While we were there we attended the Hats Off Festival, as Ashley had some Radio Interview and attended the Shirley
Thoms Bust hosted by Lorraine Phiffner thank you Lorraine for having me on your show.
Sunday Ashley preformed at LBS in the Auditorium and did some backing on bass for the LBS Show. It was great to catch up
with Lana Ross, Greg Bain, Brian Young, also congratulations to Lynette Guest on the launch of your new album and all the best .
While in Tamworth it had snowed at Nundle, we took the Scott Chloe and Lachie to see the snow as they had not seen snow
before, they had fun having snow fights and playing in the snow.
After Hats Off we travelled with Lindsay Butler, Shaza Leigh and Greg Williams, to Burren Junction for the night where the
Chloe Lachie & Scott also had a swim in the warm bore baths than it was off to Brewarrnia for a show. Kimberley was
disappointed by not making it to Hats Off and meeting up with her mates from Camerata. We received some good news
from Kimberley while we were away that she is getting signed up to her Hairdressing Apprencship next month.
Next show for us is at Cliffon with Lindsay Butler, Shaza Leigh and Greg Williams, than in September we have the Rockhampton
Country Music Festival and off to Texas for there 2nd Country Round Up hope to see there.
